Tom & Maura

i had the best night last night. me and kim were studying italian alll dayyy. we went to the park and studied then we came home and studied more. we got really tired so me, kim, and sarah decided to go get gelato from piazza de st maria where we always go. we got on the tram and this old couple asked us if we spoke english and told us they were really lost. we started to help them out and they told us that they have been trying to get to the piazza all night but kept getting lost and now they were just going to go back to the hotel but couldnt find that either. their names were Tom an Maura and they were from ireland and had the cutest accents. we talked them into going to the piazza with us and the said no but later agreed when they realized we actually wanted them to go with us. we sat and talked and Tom bought us the biggest gelatos i have ever seen (i had a bad stomach ache after) later we took them back to the tram and rode with them to their hotel so they wouldnt get lost again. they gave us their address and phone number and really want us to come stay with them in Dublin some time next semester. they said that have 3 extra rooms bc all of their kids moved out. (sounds like a pretty good deal to me) it was such a good night and i cant wait to talk to them again. i just took my first test...hope i did good. and tonight i have a wine tasting at jcu. i will spit it out of course ;)
